The maintenance includes updating databases, so Wialon Hosting might be unavailable for 2 minutes. During this period, the users won’t be able to work with hosting.wialon.com. Data loss from devices is not expected. At Wialon NOC, we will additionally notify you about the end of maintenance operations.
In addition we will maintain our HW servers connected with hosting.wialon.eu. This maintenance will affect hw-devices and the data from them, so there is a small chance of connection loss.
Please let your customers know about Wialon Hosting maintenance. If you or your customers have any questions, our technical support team is always ready to address them.
