On Thursday, July 18, at 08:00 UTC, we will be performing the maintenance of hwproxy services on hosting.wialon.eu and hosting.wialon.us as a part of our ongoing efforts to improve network reliability and performance.

The downtime is not expected, however it's possible. During this period, maintenance may affect hw-devices and the data from them, which could be lost.

We have fixed the problem with access to Wialon Hosting. We aren’t recording any more users with accessibility issues. Our team, however, is still monitoring the situation. If the product is unavailable for you, please, contact our support staff via support@wialon.com.

Data loss from devices is not expected. At Wialon NOC, we will additionally notify you about the end of maintenance operations.

In addition we will maintain our HW servers connected with hosting.wialon.eu. This maintenance will affect hw-devices and the data from them, so there is a small chance of connection loss.
